Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Speaker Bureau Program Coordinator to join our team. As a Speaker Bureau Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our speaker bureau program. This includes identifying and securing qualified speakers, developing and maintaining relationships with speakers, managing speaker engagements, and ensuring the successful execution of speaking events.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

- Identify and recruit qualified speakers for our speaker bureau program
- Develop and maintain relationships with speakers, ensuring open lines of communication and fostering a positive working relationship
- Coordinate speaker engagements, including event logistics, travel arrangements, and speaking fees
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote speaker bureau events
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual needs, and onsite logistics
- Oversee the timely distribution of promotional materials and event invitations
- Track and report on speaker bureau program metrics, including event attendance and speaker evaluations
- Maintain accurate records of speaker commitments, payments, and communications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and develop

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with speakers and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
