Job Summary

The Sr. Strategist position blends strategic planning with a strong foundation in marketing analytics, transforming data from CRM platforms and omnichannel sources into actionable insights to develop smarter, performance-driven marketing strategies. This role is designed for a seasoned omnichannel agency strategist familiar with data science or comfortable collaborating with data scientists and analysts. The ideal candidate excels at digging into data dashboards and campaign reports, identifying patterns, interpreting audience behavior, and converting insights into compelling, client-ready recommendations.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

  • Develop and execute omnichannel marketing strategies across paid, earned, and owned channels
  • Analyze CRM data, dashboards, and media performance reports to identify trends and deliver actionable insights that tell a clear story
  • Guide digital content creation efforts to ensure alignment with strategy and performance goals
  • Review briefs to ensure consistency with overall brand strategy and campaign objective
  • Review relevant deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with strategy
  • Develop BRDs for SFMC email journeys and ad hoc deployments
  • Collaborate with client agency partners to define Key Site Actions for new website builds and content refreshes
  • Ensure alignment with brand goals and compliance requirements (HIPAA, FDA, 2253)
  • Leverage healthcare data and journey insights to inform targeting, messaging, and personalization strategies
  • Lead client presentations and translate complex insights into clear business strategies
  • Apply AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity) to optimize content and support automation

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in a healthcare advertising agency
  • Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization
  • Working knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva, SEMrush, and CRM platforms.
  • Experience synthesizing data into insights to be a strong storyteller with a performance mindset.
  • Comfort with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity)
  • Strong communicator, collaborator, and confident presenter.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of tasks and actively finds ways to move work forward without waiting for instruction.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, detail-focused approach.
