Job Summary

Woven Health Collective, a leader in healthcare marketing, strategy, and science communications, is seeking a Senior Art Director to lead our creative initiatives and deliver impactful visual solutions. Job Responsibilities and Skills

  • Develop and execute compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives and enhance brand identity.
  • Lead the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy, and communications, to integrate creative solutions into broader campaigns.
  • Engage with clients to understand their vision and deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative design elements into projects.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are consistent, error-free, and align with brand guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in art direction or creative design roles, with a proven track record in pharmaceutical advertising.
  • Strong visual design skills, proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite), and excellent communication abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of design principles, branding, and digital media.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. A collaborative mindset and a passion for advancing healthcare through creative excellence.
