Job Summary
Promotional Marketing Account roles at AOR are responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement across both traditional and digital channels. These roles bridge the gap between clients and creative teams, overseeing integrated campaigns, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring every initiative aligns with client objectives. Success comes from combining strategic insight, digital campaign management, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to elevating client brands through comprehensive promotional and digital marketing efforts.
The Account Supervisor manages key accounts at the division or national level, maintains long-term client relationships, and drives growth by maximizing sales opportunities. This role is critical in new business pitches, on-boarding clients, and developing programs to achieve budgeted sales volume. Accounts under this role are moderately complex and require both strategic management and execution expertise.
