Job Summary

Promotional Marketing Account roles at AOR are responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and engagement across both traditional and digital channels. These roles bridge the gap between clients and creative teams, overseeing integrated campaigns, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring every initiative aligns with client objectives. Success comes from combining strategic insight, digital campaign management, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to elevating client brands through comprehensive promotional and digital marketing efforts

The Account Executive I supports the maintenance and growth of client accounts by facilitating communication, coordinating projects, and assisting with strategies that meet client needs. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals seeking to build client relationship and account management experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies tailored to specific client requirements.
  • Gather and organize information from clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Help plan and schedule client meetings, events, and project touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and project milestones.
  • Support adherence to service level agreements by monitoring timelines and deliverables.
  • Handle routine client account needs under direct supervision, escalating more complex matters as appropriate

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant experience in account support, client services, or a similar role.
  • Foundational knowledge of account management principles and customer relationship practices.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer and client service orientation.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
