Job Summary

As the Assistant Controller you are the day-to-day leader of core accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, close processes, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

• Oversee general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
• Support AP and AR operations (invoice processing, cash application, billing, collections)
• Lead month-end and year-end close cycles
• Maintain internal controls and accounting policies aligned with GAAP and healthcare/compliance standards
• Coordinate audit support, tax filings, and regulatory documentation
• Partner with Client Finance on revenue recognition and job costing alignment
• Support integration of Boundless systems and processes into unified Woven HC structure

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors in accounting or finance; CPA strongly preferred
• 6–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including senior accountant or assistant controller role
• Multi-entity or multi-business-unit experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, revenue recognition, and job / project costing
• Hands-on close, control, and audit experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel
