Document Management Specialist

Job Summary

As a Document Management Specialist, you will be responsible for submitting prepared documents into our Medical Communications and Learning Solutions clients’ Veeva Document Management System. Your role is vital to ensuring that our communications are managed with precision and care. In addition to document submissions, you will assist in updating editorial changes during content development, ensuring that all materials are accurate, timely, and adhere to our quality standards.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

  • Submit prepared documents into the Veeva Document Management System for various pharmaceutical content development projects
  • Assist with editorial updates and maintain document accuracy as per client requirements
  • Ensure compliance with internal and industry standards for document management
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of document processes
  • Report and resolve any issues related to document submissions with guidance from senior team members
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive material

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree required; a degree with a focus on life sciences is preferred
  • No prior work experience is necessary—this is an excellent entry-level opportunity
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills; familiarity with document management systems is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential
